Shopmobility
The Chimes offer mobility scooters and wheelchairs to the disabled – free of charge. You can borrow a range of powered wheelchairs or scooters. Customers, however, are advised to make a reservation ahead of time, as these facilities are subject to availability.
Mobile Phone Charging
The Joos Charging facility at The Chimes is a great way to keep your mobile device charged while you’re out and about. You can use their power banks at these rates: £2 per hour. £3 for 24 hours, for up to 10 days. You need to download the Joos app and scan the QR code at the charging booth before you can rent a power bank.
Lost Property Service
Open from Mondays to Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm and on Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm, the centre’s Customer Service Desk is ready to attend to your inquiries regarding lost items.
Eurochange
Need to exchange travel money? Just go to the ground floor of The Chimes, and you can buy or sell at great rates.

Disabled Parking Spaces
Six hours of free parking are granted to blue badge holders, provided they have a validated ticket or have presented a valid badge number at the exit.
Parent and Child Spaces
You can find dedicated family parking spaces at all levels.
Electric Car Charging
There are EV charging bays available, too.

Baby Feeding and Changing Facilities
Please secure a radar key at Shopmobility before using the facility. Parent and baby rooms are located at the lower mall.

With Click+, customers can order items online or via the mobile app and pick up their items at the Chimes Customer Service Desk stationed on the 1st Floor close to Lidl.
Amazon Lockers
You can use the Amazon lockers available on Level 2 outside Odeon IMAX to pick up or return your Amazon purchases.
