Shopmobility
Hire mobility scooters, wheelchairs or power chairs – free of charge. Look for Equal Lives at Car Park -1 of Chantry Place. They are conveniently located near the car parking bays. For further details, you may call 01603 365100 or visit this link.
Autism Friendly Hours
To make their visit as comfortable as possible, Chantry Place has implemented Autism Friendly Trading Hours every Monday from 4 pm to 6 pm. The centre will be kept as quiet as possible during this period, with the music and other sensory stimulation turned down, and the lights dimmed. Urgent announcements will only be made whenever necessary.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are allowed in the shopping mall provided they wear a high-vis jacket or harness or a sunflower-design lead sleeve which can be obtained from our Customer Service Team. These jackets or sleeves will make it easier for the staff to identify your companion as an assistance dog and not as a pet (which is not permitted inside the centre).
Mobile Charging Units
Chantry Place provides two phone charging sections. You can find one on the dining terrace outside the toilets and the other on the lower ground at the top of the escalators from the car park.

Parent and Child Spaces
There are 58 designated parking spaces for parents and children.
Electric Vehicle Charge Point
You can also avail of one of the six charging points on Car Park -2, row 24 of the Car Park. They can be easily spotted, as the EV charging bays are painted green. Pay-as-you-go or membership rates are available via the BP Pulse app. You can check their terms here.
Disabled Parking Spaces
49 parking spaces are reserved for disabled shoppers. You can find these spots conveniently situated adjacent to the welcome halls of the centre. Please make sure that you have a valid blue badge with you to avail of this service.

Feeding and Changing Rooms
The baby changing facilities are located on the lower ground and the dining terrace.
Digital Play Zone
Two Digi play screens with interactive and educational games are provided on the dining terrace – perfect for entertaining your little ones and their adult companions.

InPost and Amazon Lockers
Online shopping is made more convenient for you by having your orders delivered to a designated locker in Chantry Place. You can find their InPost lockers on the upper ground mall near H&M.
